Consulta por cambio de producto


I have boutght a computer on april 2017 and it doesn't work. The computer is still under guarantee. What do I have to do? Can I send it? I live in Argentina and the garantee says there are no replacements for this model. If I send you the computer, do you return its here (Argentina)? Who pays the delivery? Please send me the information.

It can be upsetting when your purchase a new computer and months later, it stopped working as it was intended to. I understand the curiosity in wanting to know how Best Buy can help you address your concerns while living in Argentina. 


Most products have a one-year limited manufacturer warranty. I used the email address that you shared when you registered on the forum, and I was able to locate your purchase. SInce you didn't purchase a Geek Squad Protection Plan (GSP), Best Buy will not be able to provide international coverage for your repair. 

The laptop can be returned to any Best Buy store to assist you with your concern. Please note that if the computer requires a repair, it can take a minimum of 2 weeks for the repair to be fulfilled. My suggestion would be to reach out to the manufacturer, HP


You will need a purchase receipt if you misplaced yours, please let me know and I will be happy to assist with recovering a copy.
