Reimbursement problems

I filled in and sent the "Claim Form" on 12/10/2012. I received a confirmation number (12102012121128). I was informed that I would receive reimbursement between 2 and 4 weeks. But so far did not get anything. I sent two messages by contact form and I had no answer. What should I do?
