i bought a play station 4 on nov 19 and paid with my debit card and it accepted but then the store cancel the order on nov 20 and i want to know why?
want to buy it again but i have to wait 10 days for the return of my money and the offer ends on 27/11/17 need and answer ASAP
you can not make this it's a gift for my son
please somebody help me

I apologize for the delay in my response. I understand that you would like to learn why your orders cancel. It appears that our automated systems canceled your order. Typically this cancellation occurs when we are unable to verify the information you provided or the information you have on your credit card. I understand the frustration you might be experiencing with your order not processing accordingly.
Using the email address that used to register on the forum, I was able to find two orders that canceled. Since you are a customer from Peru, using a credit card with a billing address outside of the US, Best Buy has asked to use a specific billing address in International Orders. Also, the orders are intended to be used in the US. Therefore it is recommended that the shipping address be a residence or set up for store pick-up. All orders to freight forwarders will be automatically canceled.
